Star Plus' popular show Saath Nibhana Saathiya, is leaving no stones unturned in grabbing the eyeballs of the viewers with its intriguing twist and turns. The show has managed to keep the viewers hooked to the show and now is set bring another high voltage drama in the upcoming episodes.

As per the ongoing episodes, Ahem (Mohammad Nazim) gets to know the truth about Kokila's (Rupal Patel) fake heart attack and so he is settling in Mumbai with his kids. On the other side, Kokila is trying hard to convince Ahem to stay with her.

Our source informs us, "Kokila will call Ahem at Mandir and apologize for her lie. She will try all the possible ways to convince Ahem but at the end when Ahem disrespects her and is about to leave the place, Kokila will suffer from a real heart attack. Whereas Ahem will think it is again another prank but Gopi (Devoleena Bhattacharjee) who will be present at the place will realize about Kokila's condition and will slap Ahem for his rudeness for Kokila."

"Later Ahem will come in his senses and both will take Kokila to the hospital. Doctors will inform them about Kokila's critical condition and that she is fighting for her life. Listening to which he will realize his mistake and ask for forgiveness from Gopi," adds the source.
