Exactly Dear it seems that paridhi got an excuse to get rid of Baby Rashi. As for asking paridhi about accepting baby Rashi, I don't remember if modis asked her about that but what about her over the top desperation to seize baby out of radha's hands and calling herself baby's mother???

Paridi has sold out. If Gopi has done time in jail it is because of Paridi's tear for her bachi. Agree that motherhood was thrust upon her but she could have refused at the time. Instead she went with the flow of things thinking that Gopi would be around and she could palm Rashi onto her. But do remember that before marriage Paridi did threaten to get Gopi thrown out of MB. Looks like she did in a way.

Let us not forget that Paridhi became 'good' after Radha's re-entry. She was the lesser of two evils. Gopi was right not to trust her, but the minute Radha entered, she changed her tune. Then Kokila was correct to want to oust her from the house when she realized her true colours. but by then, Gopi would not quit her Paridhi jhaap.

When Radha kidnap the child and she was profusely crying, maybe at that time she had a slight attachment to the child. But it was always more to do with the fact that Kokila and Gopi put their trust in her, which as you said meant things were in her favour.

Plus think about it...at that time she never in her wildest dreams would have thought Gopi would end up in jail. So she knew Gopi would raise the baby herself anyway despite her being Radha's daughter.

Yes...I'm not the least bit surprised. And I don't feel any sympathy for Kokila and Gopi. If they had dealt with Paridhi at that time then things would not have reached this far. Don't forget, she was also the one to bring Radha in the house in the first place, be it unknowingly. 😆

Paridhi has always been concerned just with Jigar from the beginning so no wonder that she didn't care for the baby and did all the drama to get rid of her.

I thought Paridhi would have the child of her own but no. All the male Modis have become hen-packed husbands. Only Ahem got out of it now.
