For some reason everyone on this forum seems to hate paridhi

I love her.

She isn't afraid of kokila
She's modern
She's funny

But she's no replacement for rashi

There are a few reasons why Paridi is not well received. Where you see her as fearless and funny I see her as being disrespectful and immature. The scene with the prasad is a prime example. Being told that the ladoos were for the pooja didn't stop her and she continued to eat another. Another reason is her portrayal by the cvs as a modern NRI. We are not brought up to be rude, disrespectful, knowing nothing about family values, principles, culture and dress in little scraps of clothing. This just irks many of us that's all. ... oh and also because it appears that she is replacing Rashi.

I think she been living in Delhi for some time though so it's not like she's not immune to indian culture completely. If they portrayed her as a modern NRI then it just weird she has no values because families drill it in at a young age and when you go to India most people tone down their clothing and behave according to where they stay. I don't like how they display an NRI as knowing nothing about their culture and not taught values, as for culture if pari has not been exposed to it she certainly had access to internet so what her excuse for not knowing culturally, as for values I don't know how she got so far with out them surely school/college would have chucked her out by now. If she knows how to behave in school/college then she know very well how to behave within family and outside world which mean she's acting like an idiot and it's only making her look bad.

but the scene which i dont like were the ladoo scene where paridhi eat one but told that this for prayer i mean pooja but she eat other one and that scene when she took ice cream from jigar but that one was for rashi paridhi should ask rashi first that can i take it but she took it immideatly
but if these two scenes not shown then i am liking paridhi's character

Totally agree with the rest of them..I for one can't stand seeing her onscreen. First it was that Radha's look and now Paridhi..She needs to go for speech therapy classes. just can't comprehend what is she mumbling.!
