Radha was Tolu and Molu's nanny for 8 years. Tolu and Molu have grown up naughty, hating authority. Radha was, for them, a figure of authority.
Urmila spoiled her grandsons telling them that there was no wrong they could do. Hetal was patient. Rashi had no time.

So perhaps it was Radha who chided them the most. She lived with them and hence would have told them off more than the others. Tolu Molu hate her hence.

Gopi, they hated for a few days until she won them over by her nature. Radha is impatient. She probably gave them a piece of her mind..

T and M just transferred their dislike to Vidya who was prejudiced anyway when she knew Radha was taking her mother's place and Prateik just followed😊

Urmila is such a drama queen
