She is what we call in todays world, saadi naadan , boli
Only a mother knows what it feels to lose a child, a mother has more rights over the child then anyone else. I feel it is an insult to Gopi to blame her for the loss of a child.

A mother's grief is more than anyone else and so no one else has the right to claim that they abused and accused Gopi 'because of their grief'. Instead of supporting Gopi and being there for her, she got blamed for the loss of the child.

Why is everyone forgetting that gopi also lost meera!!!!!!!!!

So the way modi bavan treated gopi, damn right i would of walked out and never looked back at them. a guy who cant stick up for his wife sure as hell doesn't deserve to be a father. Its not all about seeing a pretty baby and loving her when she looks cute.

Gopi don't make excuses to them and fight for Vidya!

also modi bavan are not thinking that instead of just meera, gopi could have slipped and fallen as well

Well put👏

Grief, loss was for everyone. Ahem and Koki make it sound and look as though it was just their grief and their loss and like Gopi had no part in it😭

Very well said Coffeegirl123

The loss of Meera was felt by everyone in the house but the greatest loss was felt by Gopi. She carried Meera for 9 months, gave birth to her and then spent every waking moment caring for her. When she was originally pregnant, I remember how happy she was because her child was going to get a family, parents and grandparents that would love them...something Gopi never got. And after all this, the fact that Ahem and Kokila have the audacity to blame her for her child's death is disgusting. Kokila put her son's grief before her bahu's. proving Madhu's point...Kokila could only be a MIL to Gopi...she could never be her mother.

I'm glad that she walked out of the house when she did. Otherwise, she would have faced abused day in and day out, being accused of Meera's death. Why should she face that when it wasn't her fault.

I'm super glad after seeing a stronger and more firm Gopi in today's episode and precap. In the last 8 years, she learned to pick up the pieces of her life and keep going...keep living...keep believing that one day Meera will be back. Something that neither Ahem or Kolika could do. They instead let one tragedy dictate their lives...allowed for grief and anger to consume them. For 8 years, Gopi has raised her daughter single handedly and I'm so glad that she's not going to let her go without a fight. She's proving that a mother will do just about anything for her child.

If Kokila will do anything for Ahem's happiness, then Gopi too will do just about anything for Vidya's happiness.

I agree with you about Gopi's loss being great, but I can't agree that a mother's love is greater than a father's. To me both are equally great. Although a mother carries the child, the child is created by both mother and father so a father also has an emotional attachment to it. For me, Ahem's loss is as great as Gopi's and Gopi's loss is as great as Ahem's. I agree it was unfair of Modis to blame Gopi and not understand her pain, but that does not mean Gopi's pain was worse than Ahem's. Both are equally attached to the child.
