I don't think so as Koki is still against gopi. Even today when everybody realised it is gopi and not radha who is at the mandap , everybody was looking at koki for her reaction and orders and nobody bothered to come near gopi, except ahem who kept looking at gopi instead of koki.

She is legally still ahems wife so if she turned up in the mandir when Radha and ahem were getting married then she had all true rights to stop the weddin and nobody could stop her and I thinks she can even stay in MM until she takes a divorce but Koki wouldn't accept her that soon unless he knows the truth 🥱

I'm not 100% sure what the law says about separation in India but I have read that after 7 years of continuous absence divorce can be filed for but I don't know if it is automatically granted or if it has to be filed for legally after those 7 years. Depending on that would determine whether she is legally still considered Ahem's wife or not. If it just gives them grounds to file for divorce then she is still considered his lawfully wedded wife but if it is automatic after a 7 year continuous absence then she is not. Perhaps someone who knows a little more about divorce laws in India could chime in her???

I am Not a Lawyer but googled Hindu Marriage Act and from what I understood A marriage can be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the grounds of not heard/seen for 7 years if a petition is presented for it. So that would mean it is grounds for divorce and it is not automatic.
