The mystery behind Urmi's richness-Modi's Money?

The show took 8 year leap and with that Urmila has become owner of entire chawl. The question arrives how did this happen? In today's episode Kinjal told Urmila not to act in front of her as whatever she is today is because of her kalakari by which she got money from Modi Mansion. Urmila warns her not to take Gopi's name in front of Kokila again as if old Kokila is back everything will go from her hands. Does this means that the money by which Urmila got entire chawl was because of money she got from Modi's by kalakari? If yes wonder how did she made that happen. If and when Kokila returns to her old avatar will everything again slip from Urmila hands is another question which we need to wait and watch.

yes...it's a big question. I like the way the show present. We'll have to watch more to know the truth behind it. There are so many questions unanswered. Saathiya seasons 2 still doesn't lose its essence. Urshi's Kakalari...and now we have two more 😆Tolu-Molu's kalakari twins and 😳Vidya kalakari princess.

the only way it can be deduced is... Rashi is running the house as in she is the active Maalkin of the house..,so obviously she has given money to Urmi and if Koki wakes up ..as Urmi feared.. she takes the reins of the house in her hand and might even question the misappropriation of all the money over the years .,,

I don't think it's a big fat check which urmi got from Modi's to buy the chawl as why would modis give her, unless Urmi takes one drop at a time instead of a lumpsump ...

my second theory - do u think Urmi might have anonymously posed as seeing Meera and fetching huge amount of money from Modis and show the wrong kid >.<

Munni the chawl place will be worth crores and if it is Rashi who managed to get the money then the question arrives how did she do that. Giving such a huge amount is a very big thing. And if it was some kalakari wonder how did Urmi/UrShi manage to do it. Kokila might have given house responsibilities to Rashi as Gopi whom she thought was responsible one she lost her beloved grand child for which she blames her. Probably taking advantage current situation Urmi/UrShi did some kalakari and got money. Another possibility is chawl being in names of Modi's or Rashi which Urmi managed to get transfer in her name.

Second theory you mean she pretended she knows Meera's whereabouts and in turn ask money? Knowing Urmi she can do anything. Though I doubt this as the cops already told Modi's that Meera would have died since they could found her body plus the place has crocodiles. We do not know what happened after Kokila blamed Gopi so there is lot of mystery that would unfold slowly.
