I think the precap is indicating towards Gopi's pregnancy, which would serve two purposes. 1) It would make Radha more jealous and hateful, thereby making others aware of her treachery (possibly). 2) Seeing Gopi pregnant might make Dhaval ready for fatherhood so he and Kinjal might try for children.

I really think Gopi is pregnant. Somehow, I doubt it's Radha's "gas" that caused Gopi fainting.

I agree with you. I do think she might perhaps be pregnant. If she is supposedly pregnant and Radha finds out, Radha will try to kill that baby i think...
