SNS 6th in the UK last night

Diya Aur Baati Hum' on Star Plus emerged as the most watched Indian show last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The long running drama fetched an audience of 195,400 viewers ' peaking at 244,200 viewers. In second place 'SaraswatiChandra' with 184,600 and in third 'MasterChef India' with 181,300 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were 'Pyar Ka Dard Hai' (159,300), 'Veera' (146,700), 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' (141,000), 'Saathiya' (132,500) and 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' (81,600).

Rishtey's 'Bairi Piya' was the leader once again with 118,600 viewers, followed by 'Jeevan Saathi' with 100,900 viewers and 'Na Aana Iss Desh Laado' with 79,700 viewers.

Zing's 'Dance India Dance' was most watched show on the channel with 9,400 viewers. 'Cloud 9' at 18:30 rated zero but got 1,000 viewers at 22:30.

The Indian Premier League match yesterday between Kolkatta Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians proved to be a popular choice with 264,800 viewers ' peaking at 498,600 viewers.
