@Dipsy - I really do not know what the purpose of this entire "Rashi decided she wants a child" track. It all started there you see. Rashi wanted a child. She dug her feet in and threw a tantrum, the Modis agreed, she got Vansh, she again threw tantrums, she gave up Vansh, became pregnant, is still throwing tantrums, she goes out of MM, throws tantrums, she comes back to MM and will continue throwing tantrums..

Great topic! ⭐️ Unfortunately with Rashi, old habits die hard and this is one that isn't going to leave her until she herself recognizes her wrong-doings. CVs intention with this line of track is still confusing me.. 😕 Rashi's purpose of leaving the house...Doesn't make any sense..The only selfish thing I can see is that she wants to prove to Gopi that she still has some power over her..🤢 But I'm hoping it turns out way opposite! 😉

On a side note, really thrilled that the ME is all about Gohem!! 😛

The only thing I can see in Rashi's logis is that she is the wronged one and to show Gopi that her place in MM is secure unlike gopi who has had to struggle to be accepted. Rashi knows that she has Jigar and Hetal wrapped round her little finger and now with her carrying the sole heir to the MM wealth she will milk it, pardon the pun, for all its worth. I wonder if that is how Koki started out? 😕

How is Rashi carrying the sole heir Xari? As far as I can remember, Ahem is the master of one half of the Modi empire while Chirag owns the other half. So even legally Rashi, even if she bears a son is carrying the sole heir of one half of the business, alone. Even MM is under Ahem's name and unless he signs the property over, it will be his and will go to his sons and daughters.

Meera is Ahem's daughter and until she remains GoHem's only child, she would inherit her father's property and share of business including MM (MM is also in Ahem's name. Dadaji made sure). The only way Rashi can get all of Ahem's property is if she 'asks' for Ahem's share like she did during her GB dream, and I doubt if the Modis will agree to that.

But I agree that Rashi has the false sense of security that she is carrying a son who would be the first male of his generation. My guess is that she thinks she will be allowed to rule like Koki is today because she is the mother of the first male child in the family.

Most probably Koki started out by being indebted to her BIL, FIL and MIL for supporting her and her family. Unlike Rashi though, I do not see her lying and cheating her way to get comfort and benefits. I also do not see her disrespecting Mota Bhabhi like Rashi disrespects Gopi.

But yes. Kokila was proud of siring the heir to the Modi family. Rashi is proud of siring a heir so that she benefits from it.

@ Xari - I see that happen exactly as you have put it. Gopi will be put down time and again whenever Urmi gets a chance to show that Rashi has a son while Gopi has a daughter.
