It is purely being stupid and thick headed. Rashi wants to be a liar.. Fine. But why lie for just the heck of it and why lie when you know that the alternative is the easy way out?😲
There is a story of Prahlad. He was the son of a demon Hiranyakashipu who hated Vishnu. His son Prahalad though was one of Narayana's greatest Bhakts. So when he would not stop chanting the name of Narayana, Hiranyakashipu ordered that Prahalad be put through a number of tests to make the child (he was just a child then) change his views. But then Prahalad never altered his stand. To him Narayana was supreme and he remained supreme forever.
So Rashi's story is just the opposite. Prahalad was ready to take on anything just because he wanted to stick to the truth. Rashi on the other hand is ready to go through hoops to stick to her lie. And an extremely foolish one at that. Prahalad is held up for his Bhakti towards God and his unstinting belief in the truth. He is hailed because he came from the clan of demons but yet remained untouched by any of the characteristics that made them demons.
Rashi on the other hand is just his opposite. I cannot believe that a person, even with her level of thinking could be this stupid. What is she trying to prove by sticking to that stupid lie?😕 It will serve no purpose. But yet she insists🤢
Her one lie cost the milkman their money and business. The guy who came in to complain to Koki was right you know. Koki told that milkman that he gave adulterated milk and there were women around the colony in her house who supported her. In a small community word travels fast. For no fault of his, the milkman and his small business is in ruins because one person lied. The worst part of it was that Rashi did not even care
Gopi knew what went wrong and she has tried to show Rashi that it is not correct but Rashi gives a damn. Why did not Gopi rat the truth out to Koki? Well, one reason is that CVs do not want Rashi in MM for a few days😉
Another reason is the fact that she wants Rashi to see that her lies are hurting others. Gopi does not blame others nor does she rat them out. She believes that you reap what you sow. She cannot point her fingers at Rashi and tell Koki that Rashi did a mistake by herself. Have you heard what you are called when kids rat others out at school?
Is it correct? Well, Gopi was trying to mind her own business. The best part of this was the fact that Gopi did not bring the cow to punish Rashi. She realized that Rashi was lying. Told her to say the truth which Rashi categorically refused. So Gopi though disappointed went about her job. She got a cow home maybe hoping to show Rashi that it is hard, the work these milkmen do. Gopi did not actually think that Rashi will be given the task of milking the cows. But as fate would have it, Rashi agreed to milk the cows herself😆
I did not see Gopi threaten Rashi with the Vansh truth at any time. She just asked Rashi not to lie and then when it came to the cows, Rashi assumed that Gopi did all this to make a point. The acts of a guilty conscience?
Well.. The one good thing is, in Rashi's mind she has been victimized enough. She is going to leave tomorrow () and this time telling another lie.
Even after all this, Rashi still has learned nothing. What is the purpose of the track when Rashi remains the same? Exactly where are the CVs going with this, one wonders🤔
