People are normally judged by their past deeds. In this case Rashi has proven time and again to the Modi's that she cannot be trusted so they will continue to treat her poorly until such time as she does earn their trust.

Sometimes that can take a life-time. And then all it needs is one mistake to ruin it all again.

yes past track record of rashi isnt good even if she is changing a bit these days! But though ahem was rude and arrogant he was always loyal and straight forward
