Shilpa, I don't think it really matters if SNS had a TRP of below 3 in the past. Rashmi Sharma should not compare the current TRP's with what it had in the first 6 months. Most of the serials start with lower TRP's because the story hasn't built up yet and the viewers haven't connected to the actors/characters yet unless you start a serial with big time known actors.

I believe having a good story and good actors to enact that story goes hand in hand. A serial can not survive without one or the other for too long. Initially, Nazim was so-so, but he didn't have that many scenes and he was good in his angry scenes, so the serial survived due to Giaa, Rupalji, Rucha, Vishal, and Swatiji and the stories of Gohem and Goki. Once a serial is well established and gets a good fan following both for the show and actors/characters, it can keep going even when the tracks become a little boring. We saw that earlier during boot and sandook tracks and most recently with batwara, Kinal didi, and Anita tracks.

The CV's were clever in the sense they kept dragging Ahem's confession to keep the viewers around even when the story was losing charm. Finally, now the story has picked up and is at its highest point since Gopi's accident track. This is what the viewers had been waiting patiently for and supporting SNS even during its low times. Ahem's confession was going to be the biggest moment in SNS's story line. Along with that there is Gopi's pregnancy track which is the golden track for any serial. Then, they repeated SNS's golden track of Gopi's accident and her being in the hospital while Ahem shedding tears for her. If you were not a Gohem lover, they made Raji consummate too. If you are a Koki lover, she was shown to put her son in his place while favoring her vahu. What more would you want in a story?

This is the time, even the viewers who left the show during batwara/Kinjal/Anita tracks, should have flocked back to see Gohem romance and their story going further. If Rashmi Sharma thinks the tracks shown in the last few days are not good ones, then she should not be in business. She needs to find another reason for the declining TRP's. I wonder what new crappy tracks she is going to come up with? Is there going to be another bhooth track? Is Rashi going to do kalakaris to separate Gohem? Is Ahem going to go back to his angry days? Maybe Gopi will have a miscarriage after all and Rashi will have a healthy baby. Make Gopi suffer and have Rashi win the tiara of glory. May be she will kill Gopi and bring Anita back so Ahem marries her...

The more good tracks on the way to raise Trps lets see will trps will raise for this weeks stupid track...

agree with all your points & another question...will bringing back Gia ...will it bring back the magic...no...it will take time ...so will viewers believe in the story & PH ??? will they want to trust in the PH...what will those tracks be that will bring back the best...nothing...& then who will be blamed Gia again !!!!

TRPs were never below 3 before giaa's exit.. except in the beginning of the show... even sandook and bhoot track, TRP was 3+.. but today, SNS is out of top 10, because of newbie. no offense... i think in couple of weeks, SP will make a good decision finally. and take the show off air..

I wanted to know because it seems some people thinks TRPs are all the answers we need, but there is more to it then just the TRPs.

The end result it that SNS had so much potential had they continued with Gia as Gopi, and the things you mentioned for the tracks, yes they can go any of those route, but Dev as Gopi will never be able to pull the viewers back, because she is not good at emotional scenes at all.

No offense to anyone, and neither am I saying that bring Gia back, because that gravey train has already passed, but lets call a spade a spade and not sugercoat things to make Dev look good. Again I say Dev would be better in another role, but as Gopi she fails miserably, and if this is considered bashing then so be it. I said in the past that she needs to improve but she has not improved even 1% in my opinion.

Agree with you Shilpa. The story has been going strong and at a fast pace since Devoleena's entry, but it is not working with the viewers. Guess what? It's not the story, Rashmi Sharma.

Rashmi killed the golden goose all by herself !!!!

Navya, this goose has been killed, cooked and devoured. No trace is left. I am not sure if anything can save the show. Most of the viewers already left and probably, got hooked to other shows. Some may have got disillusions and won't bother to come back since they saw how the PH and the channel treated them. The CV's have used all stories they could in the last month to bring the TRP's up. We all do know that the SNS CV's are not very creative. They were betting on only one thing - Ahem's confession. They have already admitted once a lead couple comsummates/confesses, nothing much is left. I am not sure if they can cook up any other stories even if they bring Giaa back. They could show the dreaded leap🤢.

But let's not get our hopes up yet, they might have something up their sleeves still to make it work, and I don't mean bringing Gia back either.

Also we might see a rise this week because of Ahem's tears on Monday and the romantic rain scene of Tueseday, rest of the week had been bakwas.

Shilpa, it will be wrong to blame Giaa for the demise of the show. If the serial now picks up due to good tracks, will they give Giaa the credit? No, right? She has nothing to do with it any more. If it makes or breaks, it's all due to the CV's and current actors/characters. They probably expected this. It is nothing about Giaa or Devoleena. This is what happens when a popular main lead is replaced in a serial. I am sure SP and PH thought about it when they took this risk. Either there was a conspiracy between all of them and they were going to bring Giaa back any way or they had already decided to end the show in a few months. SP is a big channel and I can't believe they will make decisions without weighing their pros and cons.

I don't think the TRP's are going to pick up now. The story is really becoming boring. The SNS CV's know nothing about writing. They only had one trump card of Gohem story and it has been already used.
