Just watched an old episode of saathiya

And I'll tell u guys how I felt---I felt awful! Is like my heart has skipped a beat and is forcing itself to accept that fact that Giaa is gone. She was really good playing her character :) I mean I do like the new gopi, it's just the old episode really hit me and started to miss the old gopi. I don't think the old gopi could ever place out of my heart! Miss u Giaa xx

Was watching the competition between gopi and anita a couple of days back . Missing gia a lot. Got really emotional😭
I have nothing against devoleena bt for me gia was gopi.


Nowdays i hardly come to the form and have stopped watching sns altogether.
Wish the protest and all the hard work of the fans are sucessful.

yes there is a huge difference on how Giaa played Gopi and how dv is playing Gopi!! thats why it's such a shock when watching old epis.. but in my opinion Giaa did better job..

Sorry to say that Devoleena does not have the innocence that Gia has. They could have taken some other actress who could look and play innocent Gopi's role. There was this lead actress Depanitha Tripathy( from Banu mein teri dulhan) dont remember the name exactly she has a very innocent face . They could have taken her instead. It just shows that they did everything in a hurry.. Instead of Dev they could have taken Preeto only ( dont know her name) .. anyway the damage is done... am waiting for Gia's dance and any of her new show to begin...

yes ,giaa as gopi suited to the character and new one lacks all the quality of gopi. I too watching old episodes often ,couldn't digest new Gopi and her big eyes and nose...

yes its the change in SNS has taken away the emotional connect with the show ... not only with the gopi-ahem love story ... but the emotional connect with all the characters of the show is lost ...


giaa as gopi was very apt ... giaas acting as gopi came from the heart, every emotion which gopi would feel, giaa would connect it with herself and wud emote them beautifully ... giaa is and was emotionally attached to gopi ...


whereas, with the newbie ... poor soul ... i feel she is trapped playing Gopi .. because in her personal life she is pretty vibrant and out going .. dev is better for out going and brat characters, who are fulll of life ... she very uncomfy playing Gopi is very evident on the screen ... she is not all emotionally attached to gopi ...

So True. just watched the june 4th mahaepisode...man! how awesome was that...😭
