Brand more important than an actor

I feel like i cursed the show coz about a month ago i said on the bidaai forum that who would watch this show if Gia wasnt in it and surprise, surprise ppl are watching this crappy show without her. Seeing the love she has creating in fans hearts 4 gopi on the forum and judging by the number of awards she has recieved for this character thought that the audience was watching for her and they where. Bt as she grow more and more successful and brought success 2 this show she made it a brand. When something is a brand a certain quality is perceivd with that brand and ppl will continue 2 watch/buy it until they see otherwise. So the fact that the trps havent dropped drastically isnt surprising coz ppl have become used 2 watching this show it has become a routine,habit. If ahems 2nd wife just manages 2 act the show probably going 2 continue for a while- they will show more ahem(nazim is a really good actor so he is probably going 2 compensate 4 the new girl 4 a while until she understands her character better), rashi's secrets will come out and she and jigar will separate and come back 2gether and the trps wil be maintaind.

At this moment I can't help but think about shows like bidaai and pavitra rishta where the main characters quit and both shows continud 2 do well with the new cast. But the difference btw those shows and sns is that the actors where top class the original viewers of the show may hav hatd them and their scenes with their fav character bt no1 was in doubt that these actors where good. This show i haven't watchd a single scene with devil-ena(cnt help it) bt fans hav been very precise in their criticism of her. There seems 2 be no understanding of the character by her or the producers of the show. Bt more than that certain actors dnt suit naive, simple characters i watchd the actress who playd Sakshi(i cnt spell her name think its solague) in bidaai in another show where she was a good character and certain times whilst watching her i felt that she would be better suitd 4 a negative character and she was being nyc in these scenes and when i saw her in bidaai she rockd as a negative character like i knew she would.

I am not a fan of this show at all i think its crappy tv at its best only watchd for gopi, than her scenes with kokila and later on with ahem when i startd liking him bt even when i did like him i could watch an episode without him but never without gopi. So for me no1 can take away what Gia did 4 this show every single indian show has a female character like gopi bt only she captured our hearts with her portrayal of this character. Bt more than that for me i dnt ever like character like gopi normally i find them boring and i just dnt believe any1 is as nyc or as kind as them. Bt gia not only made me believe that there can be a person like gopi in the world bt she also made me think that we all can be like gopi if we try . She brought an innocences, purity and sweetness 2 this character that cnt be duplicated and so i hav no wish to watch some1 else play her character.

I dnt mean 2 discourage gia fans bt i have 2 say that when it comes 2 SP those bunch of coporate baboons, asses, SOBs only care ab trps and not the sentiments of their fans so even though i will be commenting on every petition for them 2 bring her back i dnt knw how much it is going 2 help. The only thing that will bring her back is if there is a continous drop in the trps. I hate sp with a passion and if i didnt have 2 watch bidaai 2(fingers crossd when it comes back) would never watch anything on that channel i will never ever forget how they ruind tere liye and this show i simply hate this show.

If i have offended fans of the show or the new actress not going 2 apologize coz this is my opinion Gia made this show if it was nt 4 her beautiful acting this show wnt be have made it this long. Certain actors acting in this show maybe good now bt in the beginning their acting wasnt up 2 standard bt gia was always brilliant and flawless in her acting from the beginning. At the moment i feel that sp and sns is building on her success.

To the real gopi fans i have been mainly a silent member bt i hav not only loved your dedication 2 the show, to her bt i loved your sense of humour as well. So it really hurts when i open a post and read your comments and i can just feel how hurt u guys are. I watch another show online called afsar bitiya its on zeetv at the same time as sns. Its a really good show the acting is flawless if u at some point find that the show is becoming intolerably watch it until gia comes back. If u hav never watchd a single episode watch the 1st 2 episode i swear u will love krishna and will want 2 see her journey 2 success. Ladies the hero is playd by kinshuk mahajan and he is looking hot as pintu singh u will love his attitude.

hey actually nice post.. Saathiya had huge fan following, where it reached 7+ trps.. and the crap shown by cv's it never dropped below 4.5..

When most important ahem confession to gopi, whole world waited to celebrate it... but it just stood at 3rd in trp race with 3.5 rating.. well normal average score.. even when stupid anitha track was going on, IPL with all this competition it was at 3.2.. what I am trying to say here is that.. only people addicted, watching for other actors like rupal, rucha and nazim.. CV's are jsut messing up with stroy line.. looks like show will not be going long :)) and just watch the show not with the same interest anymore..ppl may say romatnic tracks will not have much attention from viewers.. well in that case top two shows on trp currently moving with Romance only..

second point - yeah ppl could have easily accepted the change when you get something equal or better than existing one.. same applies here to when they are replacing the Giaa, she is lead char not any side char which will go un notice by viewers.. they could have get a better actor, who can show some expressions in her face.. new girl acting just zero (btw i watched it online, couldn't bare her and forwarded scenes, watched it for koki) no sadness, happiness, surprise,shock nothing.. expressions are zero.. if they could better actress than giaa as gopi's replacement, well the show could have continued in the same way before..

Third: Shows are meant for viewers.. when viewrs demand something it is responsibility of SP or PH to answer their questions.. getting Giaa back on show is second thing, first of all they have give explanation or viewrs clearly.. they are very rude towards audiance.

Giaa - She is fab actress, hope she could have been in SNS in the current track, definitely saathiya would have set another record in TRP.. missing her so much, BTW in jhalak her performances are good, she will improve it by show goes..
