Giaa Manek Bids Adieu to Saath Nibhana Saathiya

The popular bahu on-screen, Giaa Manek leaves her Gopi Bahu character and joins the Colors family as a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa

Giaa Manek stepped on to the small screen as Gopi Bahu and has since then been charming her way through her fans' hearts. But according to the latest buzz, Giaa has been replaced from the show by Devoleena Bhattacharjee, of the Preeto fame.

We know it's a sad news but not for long because Giaa would soon be seen on Colors' dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa where she will once again entertain her fans by her dancing skills. There have been many speculations as to why such a sudden change happened overnight and Giaa's professionalism has been questioned but rest assured the actor has cleared away all the doubts.

In a recent interview she said, "I will always consider Saath Nibhana Saathiya and the character of Gopi Bahu as my claim to fame. Whatever I am today is because of this show, it's been like a second family to me. But unfortunately my decision to sign Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa wasn't taken very well by the channel.

Out of thirty days, twenty days were committed for Saath Nibhana Saathiya and I decided to give four out of rest of the ten days to JDJ but they didn't agree. I think I have a democratic right to decide what is best for me and I expected them to support me in my growth. It feels sad to leave things on a sour note."

About Jhalak and her participation, Giaa was quoted as saying that she's looking forward to be a part of this show and dance has always been her passion. She hopes her dance partner, Nishant, will be able to cope with her because she's going to be working extra hard!

Even I had doubt it is 20 or 25 days.. but i guess i had seen a interview of Gia, in that she mentioned 25 days.. may be it is 25 days😛

Yes i trust only her.,. not any dumb articles which says wrong thing even they don't check their spellings.. and it never said 21.. either it is 20 or 25.. i will go with giaa words so it is 25..

I abs miss Giaa as Gopi. She was the original Gopi and will remain that.
But sharing some facts & figures with you all...
SOME FACTS: JDJ is aired twice a week so it requires a good 10 days shooting time + rehearsals time. so 10+ days😳

Giaa Had a written contract of working with SNS for 25 days and was getting paid for that...THIS IS A FACT not fragment of my imagination. You all can directly ask her and confirm this fact. But she said that she GENERALLY shoots for 20 or 21 days from those 25 days so why can't she allocate 10 days to JDJ completely and do night rehearsals. But SP said that according to contract she is bound with them for 25 days the problem was of 5 days and adjusting with other co-stars too. Coz JDJ had a typical shooting pattern and had the studio at certain times so it was clashing with SNS time. I will not comment who participated and who did what but this is Giaa & her written contract with SP.
So after the promo when the actual shooting started...from day one the time problem started. She had to step out for the press meet, photo shoot promo SP adjusted but when the actual shooting stated ppl can never stick to time in entertainment industry and all hell broke loose.
So she was called and asked what she really wanted to do... SNS or JDJ . She took her pick ...so why blame anybody. We should wish her well and make her win JDJ.

Some more facts: After she was not part of SNS her co actors missed her very much and visited her place as she lives next to the sets of SNS but she was never available😛 (this she has herself stated in her interview) was always at JDJ rehearsals and shooting. 😉

It was humanly impossible to do JDJ & SNS at the same time for Giaa as she had a very meaty and prominent role in SNS too.
I think she took her pick and we all should respect that and like true fans pray for her WIN IN JDJ!!!❤️
