While the audiences miss their beloved Gopi (played by Giaa Manek) from Star Plus' show Saath Nibhana Saathiya (SNS) and are adjusting to her replacement Debolina Paul, actor Mohammad Nazim, who plays the role of Ahem, says he is missing Giaa as well. "We worked together for over two years and shared a bond. Sure, I miss Giaa, but life goes on and, being a professional, I'm giving my best on the show."

He adds, "Giaa, Rucha Harbhans (who plays Rashi) Vishal Gandhi (Jigar) and I were like a unit on the sets. Now Giaa is doing Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa. I don't know why she took up the show and I don't understand how things turned sour (referring to Giaa's ouster from SNS by Star Plus for participating in Jhalak...). But these questions aren't for me to answer. I just wish it didnt have to like this way."

The duo might not have had shared a lot of screen space but are close friends. "We had a good, strong bond and we were comfortable with each other on and off screen. I keep in touch with her almost daily," he says.

While Rupal Patel (Kokila) from SNS was part of the dance reality show's first episode, Nazim made a brief appearance at its press conference.
