so the episode is how the kids and babies are irritating Ahem Modi

first the baby pic in the laptop
then baby talk near dining table
then baby talk in office about boy and girl name
then a lady says to give time between office and wife as wife will not have time for him after baby
then the kids live in his home - disturbing the otherwise peaceful and perfect life of Ahem Modi

I'm glad the cvs are continuing to give Nazim more to do than just stand there like an attractive statue. It's interesting to see Ahem go through the woes of to-be-fatherhood
