me too.. hated the promo.. new gopi is 🤢

You cant blame us for accepting the change so fast . I grey up watching ekta kapoor shows. Ksbkbt(3 actors) ,kusum kutumb(changed the character not actor) kahin to hoga and my fav kasauti zindagi ki and now pavitra rishta, they had changes as well. So a character being replaced is nothing new and there are enough twists to make it more interesting than before. Its about the twists the drama the story . I have always watched shows for entertainment a show can be a part of your life not your life. We usually have more drama in real life so that half hour you watching the show you tend to enjoy it without using your brain or heart. The promo was a huge sixer from star plus. Have you seen the fun loving care free romantic expressive side of ahem? No they showed it and yes i who am not a huge gohem fan was really taken aback. The promo s sheer entertainment.

I'm not blaming you or others vibha.
SNS is not my life, ofcourse.
But I'm talking about the story. I think it is a rush step to bring the confession track so quick not even letting some to take time to accept the new pair.
This post is not meant to offend/blame any of those who liked the promo. It is to ask them to reply to the another post that I have mentioned as I wished to know how they accepted this track so easily.

I hope I got the reply from you - I can understand as you are not a fan of Gohem and as you are used to such changes in other shows, you could able to accept it. Once again thanks for replying.

I've been detaching myself from the show since Holi. That's the only reason I started Roulette. This imposed change of a new lead is something I don't want to bother myself with because it's really not in the audience's hands to keep the lead or not. It may have happened before, but in this case, conspiracy stank from the moment Gia was roped into JDJ.

Also, this is a show and I think we should look at it in that way only. LIke Vibha, even I grew up around the time Ekta was the reigning queen of soaps. I'm used to actors going and coming. Kkusum changed three times. At most, I'm upset about it for two days, but then I move on. Of course the quality reduces and of course it's awkward at first, but the audience has to accustom themselves to these changes.

Third, the story shifting so quickly is not too new for SNS. Remember how they ended the batwara track? Even Gohem's consummation was sprung upon us like a jack-in-the-box. The length of one track is not always the same and it does not need to be. The makers have to look at how the track is working. The impending confession track has been long awaited by the audience. And really, it's been a slow journey, so I don't understand why everyone is complaining about it. Just because a new face is playing Gopi does not mean that Gohem's story never reaches confession and a "happily ever after" never comes.

All your points answer my question. I''ve not seen Ekta's shows.
And the pace of batwara track is too quick as you said. But it is not a much awaited occasion right? But I can understand your point of views.
@Bold, When some couldn't accept the new face and some trying to move on, I feel it as a rush/force imposed on us, Gohem fans, to see the much awaited scene with new pair without even giving time to accept the new face. That is why i got hurted by the promo.

as @vibzz said... it was truly a sixer from Star Plus... it's in deed a marketing strategy or rather a superb promotion from SP,,,,

with a new actor .. people will back off .. so to turn the events more interesting .. to give a new twist and to attract the viewers to watch the show it is indeed a bait for the viewers...which is fair from SP.. they are a company which runs for profits and ratings and this promo is a sure shot hit and next week people will get glued to SNS to see this side of Ahem ... for the first time ever,...

since Devoleena is new face.. for sometime they will market the show using Ahem .. which is very fair

I already understood the business cunning mind of SP/PH(whoever is responsible for this promo/track).It is clear that the CVs no more care about the story. Now all they care is TRP.

But I was just wondering how some accepted it so easily. Vibha's reply explained me well that since some are used to Ekta's shows, not care about the track and not attached to Gohem, they didn't mind this rush.

Though my heart disagrees with the story rushing and the PH/SP hurting and not giving time for fans , I could see some of your POVs.

I simply think this is #gopi and ahem...that is all...and ahem's acting is mindblowing to say the leasat...so am not going to miss my favourite show ...just because gopi is played by someonr else...and i do not find this is hurried at all..ahem has been falling inn love...gradually and now that he knows she is carrying his child ..obviously he would want to tell her what he feels...
