Is the Channel right in replacing Gia in this manner?

In this scenario wherein each serial runs for years together is it right for a Channel to insist on the actors not to work with other productions/ channel?...In this way an actor's growth would be stunted which would be very detrimental to an actor's career path...isnt it???

no no no i am literally cryng from last night now my eyes are all red how the hell can star plus do this to their fans i am out of this no star plus for me and my family from today.

no no i was so upset tht i havent eaten proply crying non stop i cant believe tht this has happend its nt fair on giaa bt i hope we gt to see gina in a new show as the lead ... miss u giaa ...

Yes. When I cut out all the emotions and look at it from a business decision it is exactly what I would have done faced with a similar situation.

I cannot have different rules for my employees. Irrespective of how good or admired they are. I must treat them all the same. If SP had forbidden it's other actors from appearing in JDJ than they had to stick to the same with Giaa.
