i have been reading a lot on this n thinking about it.before i put it down, i want to clear thet whatever i am going to write is just what i feel after reading the articles n through tv channels. everybody is open to agree or disagree but please don't take me as a basher. i admit that i am not a regular viewer of the show, but i do watch it whenever i get time.😃

first of all i have a big set of doubts:

1)did gia n star plus have 2 different set of contracts? sp say that gia was under contract not to do any show with the rival channel n gia says that she was legally free to take up jdj on colors.how can both be true? its hard to believe that the big honchos of sp used the out n out legal term"breach of contract" without knowing the message it will send out nor did they issued any public statement regarding it when gia denied the allegation. n if they are wrong why doesn't she sue them for tarnishing her public image,its her right n when she is bold enough to say it in public she must prove that she is correct.

2)gia said in the IF interview that jhalak requires only 4 days a month.but this is just shooting for the episode, what about the rehersals.i was just watching the ita rehersals some days ago where another leading lady of star plus who was doing a dance performance said that she was shooting from 7a.m to 10 p.m then she came for rehersals which will go on till 2 in night. in jdj the contestants have to learn n master a new style every week, so it would take a considerable amount of time.i also remember ragini khanna's segment on a sbs/sbb while she was doing jdj.there she admitted that she is deprived of sleep n has to catch up with sleep while shooting for her serial.also sgp was a very different show than sns in terms of treatment.here in sns, more than 70 percent of the tracks revolve somewhere around gopi, specially now when they are focussing on gohem.wouldn't they require gia for shooting for an ample amount of time.so as humans, was it so unnatural for the producers to be unsure if gia could manage both even if she assured them?

i am not doubting gia's capability n her commitment...hats off to her if she can balance both. the task is very tough but not impossible n actors like ram kapoor, ragini khanna, the girl who played nakusha proved it. even gurmeet n pratyusha are doing it this season. this proves that the reasoning given by production house is unsatisfactory.

3)gia was 100% correct when she said that she should explore different geners of the entertainment world. she has full right to think about her career.but was jdj5 the only way? and was it enough to give up sns.

i mean she said that she is a not a trained dancer. she could take up dance training now n groom herself n show her dancing skills in the opportunities she got as the lead of sns. if not other reality shows n other award shows, star parivar was a sure platform. take shweta tiwari for instance, her dancing talent first came into picture in her star parivar performance. she was recognised for her skills, had fans just for her dancing , got lot of offers.in fact she was making her presence felt in the the television with her dancing even when she wasn't a part of any other show.

n i think gopi is very big a character to get her offers like jdj in future.

4) why didn't gia inform her ph before signing jdj?(i infer it from a news article saying that ph was infuriated for not informing them n other news bits where it comes across as so).even if she wasn't legally bound wasn't it a safer way to inform the ph beforehand to avoid any problems later regarding dates n all(obviously she didn't know it would turn into such big a fiasco).then she would have her ph on her side n wouldn't have been singled out.

all said n done, whatever the situation might be gia did not deserve such a treatment.she deserved to be respected as a leading actress who had a significant contribution in the success of the show. even if they wanted her to choose, they could have simply in a official letter decently asked her to make a choice. there was no need of pestering her from all sides.

lastly i have to say that the media angle was mojorly responsible for giving the whole thing such a sad end.i know its their job but a article everyday, that too when they themselves did not have full details.they were actually the reason for gia being the "scapegoat". karan tacker, hina khan n sanaya irani did not face such harsh treatment since the development of their cases was well kept under the wraps. the media made it a war between channels- with both sandwitching gia for their egoistic reasons.😡
