You cant make hole (no proper word) in the orange tube with the nail. Because there is a still covering insidsethe rubber tube

Let's assume that you can still make a hole. I'm just wondering how such a scrawny skin and bones girl could even be successful in making a hole. Why didn't she faint with the exertion of "drilling" the hole? 🤣
