to anita as nilesh that means he dont like to pretend to be nilesh because he dont want to act has her husband that why he call her only one time but it anita who is calling him all the time we can see his face when anita call it like he dont like it

Yes I quiet agree , he feels forced to take the calls as well . He also didn't take her until she sed that she called nilesh so many tyms and he has taken her calls nor returned them . When she sed she was gonna call again he made an excuse of wanting green tea to get gopi to follow him , and he didn't answe until Gopi was at his side. He is really finding this whole situation distasteful and difficult to handle

This also means that he did not want to talk to Anita when Gopi is not around , because he did not want any kind of miss understandings between him and Gopi

he can always cut the call, switch off or make it not reachable. say something silly to escape.who told him to take the call,
as for anita i m sure she is faking.
