Ahem and Gopi are in it together with keeping the charade alive.

Ahem looked on at Gopi twice for her support. One, after diverting his mum's and kaki's decision to call Nilesh to discuss the matter. Two, after Anita talked to them about that since Nilesh had not called all day she would call him instead.

The pressure is mounting on Ahem whenever he has to keep up with it. His face tenses up, his eyes sets in deeper, he purses his lips more firmer, his whole body stiffens and for sure his heart palpitates causing him to perspire.

This game of deception will end very soon as he lacks the guile to keep up with it. This is evident in his stressed words expressed when he had to reason with his mum, when suddenly Anita waited to call Nilesh in their presence and in pretending over the video chat his fear fof being found out.

Separate to the above was an interesting scene of a tug in his heart towards Gopi at the dining table. Anita, recollected that Ahem did not like that dhall, and stopped Gopi midway in giving Ahem a bowl of it. Ahem, on the other hand, insisted to have it and ate it.

This scene begs these questions: just how much of their past is there? What kind of a relationship did he have with her?

This scene can also be viewed metaphorically of where Ahem stands with his relationships with his past, being Anita, and his present, that is Gopi. It shows that he wants to move on in his life with his present and prefers to keep the past as the past.

Fantastic analysis Swasthi.

Ahem's one small has created many problems for him. His intentions behind calling Anita as Nilesh sere good, it was only supposed to be a one time thing that is getting out of control, but through the whole thing Gopi has been by his side.

After diverting the crisis today, he looked at her for support and she didn't back down, her small smile gave him the relief he needed and he was able to move on.

If she is supporting him then he is also by her side when needed. I remember when Anita came to MM your post on Ahem, you asked how will he deal with Anita in all aspects of his life, today he showed that although he feels guilty for what happened in the past, he will not let Anita interfere in his life. He stands by Gopi full stop. He knew Gopi was hesitant to serve him the daal but he firmly called her name to let her know that what Anita said has no affect on him.

Also by saying Baa I eat this daal now, he let Anita know that things have changed now.

Yes he still hasn't realized that Gopi knows about his past, but he knows Gopi will support him in this problem he has landed himself in, when Anita requested video chat he looked at Gopi, seeing she was still with him he agreed, when Anita asked to see Nilesh's face again he looked at Gopi before starting to turn, how will he get out of showing his face is something we have to wait for until Monday.

But things will come to head soon as Koki will come to know what he has been doing and he won't be able to hide the truth from his mom.

lovely analysis swasthi!👏...yep i loved the dal scene!wonder why anita was going hyper over ahem eating dal...so what if he didnt like it...😕but ahem rocked for me the way he insisted on having it when gopi hesitated to serve him..😃

ahem is digging a deeper hole for himself with every lie..wonder how this is all going to end!

Out of all this, I liked it today.. Two main reasons..

1. The Dhaal scene
2. The way that he always looks at Gopi when the talk of Nilesh comes out..

Ahem is really a bad liar.. More that that he is completely clueless to the next steps.. So everytime he has to stop someone in his family from calling Nilesh or has to pretend to be Nilesh he is finding it hard. But he still pursues that course
But one positive thing in this is that he is keeping Gopi completely in the gameplan. They are already working together. He came to the room, she locked and barred it. He was lost in thought but apologized and asked her what she questioned him about and accepted that he was also worried. They are becoming partners.. Sharing the worries and fears.. A positive I would smile at even in this situation. 😊

The daal scene.. Beautiful interpretation⭐️. I felt Ahem's irritation at Anitha's words. I also liked the fact that he told Baa that he likes the daal now and insisted that Gopi serve him the same. He did not like the taste😆 but his final almost glare showed his feeling.
Ahem still wants to keep Gopi away from his past. I loved the play of words.. He likes the daal now very similar to him loving Gopi now.. He has moved on and his happy with his present. He does not want the past as a reminder.. Gopi looked sorry for Ahem.. Poor girl. She suffers for her love.😕
It is time for Gopi and Ahem to do something constructive. Time to stop being so reactive and actively find a solution to this problem..

BTW, was Ahem trying to show his face to Anitha when he turned? Is this his way of breaking the news to her?😕

Gopi's support to Ahem is going to help him very soon when she saves his mistake that he is doing right now under the pretense of being Nilesh. How Kokila is going to react...one can imagine heartbroken and in pure shock...How is Ahem going to react when Kokila finds out?

Swasthi, as u rightly said, how much of his past is there? And how is this affecting his present?

With the dhal scene, Ahem, one can say he is trying to prove that he has moved on from his past, and is now in the present, almost trying to make the point, that the Ahem standing in front of Anita now, is a different person all together, and she better become aware of that.

Kokila, as a mother, of course is wary and will start questioning her actions into bringing Anita into MB...

Rashi giving Anita the laptop tells me that she is trying to plan another Kalakarie...which might just cause her to fall flat in her face! At the end of the day, Rashi may be the one getting played here..after all, she caused the girl's wedding to break!

With Gopi's support by Ahem's side, he is bound to get himself out this mess...the only thing that worries me, is when Kokila discovers the truth...who is Ahem going to blame for her finding out?😕

My pleasure.

This dhall scene takes us back to the milk tea scene when Gopi makes the tea thinking that Kokila wanted it but it was for Ahem. He came home in the middle of the day and he insisted to drink it.

This lie will give and it is better that Kokila knows about it than anyone else, from then on it can only get better.

lovely analysis swasthi...loved how ahem stepped up to the plate today during the dhaal scene...i am sure anitha now understands that ahem has moved on...this reminded of the scene with kinjal...when she says the dhaal has too much salt...ahem hears it...and then he praises gopi saying the dhaal is very good...things are getting out of control for ahem now...thank god koki catches him next week and we can see what ahem does when he faces his moms anger...
