When you just have to let go. No matter what your kid has done. If he is man enough to make the mistake than he must be man enough to sort it out! So kokila modi cut your son from your apron strings! Let him become his own person. Its a tough ask i know. But every mother must do it one day. Your time is now.

I agree Shaun, but he also has to want to let go. And I don't think that Ahem wants to separate from his mother. She's practically his right arm. 😳

Will there be a time when we see a scene like this?

Isn't ahem like a jackpot? Whoever has him got the ultimate control over house. If koki leaves him then control may shift to gopi ji and MM will be doomed😆

Rachna, I had watched that before. I thought it was so annoying just like our Ahemji now.

Shaun, I was going to make a separate post on this, but don't feel like stirring things up. The forum is already tense as it is now. So I will say my piece here. Sorry, this may not belong here. I really feel the CV's are ruining Ahemji character from a solid upright figure to a pulpy mess. I just can't believe he is not opening his mouth in front of Jayanthi bhai. I can give him he benefit of a doubt the first time. He was shocked, he was being respectful to Jayanthi bhai, he didn't want to say anything when his elders were talking, he didn't want to disrespect Anita, he didn't think his defending himself will make a difference, etc.
But the second time? He has had a night to think about and get over his shock. Why would he not say anything now? As far as we know he is a multi-millioinaire taking care of a big business and responsible for providing jobs to hundreds of people. He didn't get to where he is by staying quiet at critical moments. He should be an expert at the art of wheeling and dealing, a master of oratory, used to resolving problems in crises like this one on almost a daily basis, and diffusing the anger of unsatisfied clients. I have business men in my family and I have seen how they are in their element when there are crises in the family. They may not get into it in day to day mundane situations, but during difficult times, they are very quick in resloving conflicts.
When Ahemji was confronted by a crisis the second time, he should have given his all to make Jayanthi bhai understand. He already knows how bad the situation is. Anita thinks she is married, he is pretending he is Nilesh and Anita is being discharged so that she has to move to a hotel. This is not an ordinary time where he should keep his mouth shut for reasons I mentioned before in his defence. This is a do or die situation. To give him credit, he did make an attempt when he saw his mom was insulted and he got blasted by Jayanthi bhai. But then truth is on his side. His self-righteousness and all that experience he has garnered as a business man should propel him to make a defence that Jayanthi bhai can't refuse to hear. Even then if Jayanthi bhai refuses to believe, I will be OK with it. At least this gives some respect and consistency to the character, but CV's are hell bent on making him look like a wimp. They could have shown the track in a different way still keeping Ahemji's character strong and upright like he deserves to be. Hope, in the coming days, they can salvage this.

Rach...my son does that to me and he had been doing it for almost a month and then I found out it was on this show...That son of mine will find the weirdest times to get going on his...mom mom, mummy mummy, mamma mamma, you get the point...

And for ones own sanity, I agree with Shaun...let them go and get some peace...although when mine goes to college I may move in with him at his dorm...Do they have rooms for moms and sons 😕 Well they better 😳

🤣
No, there won't be any space in the dorms, but you could be one of those helicopter parents.😆
But you know if you let them go, they will always come back to you sort of like boomerang.
