Great analysis Swasthi.

First let me say I was thinking along the same lines as Rupal and was going to skip the episode altogether but like Xarina said last week it is like watching an accident happen in slow motion, your mind tell you to look away but your eyes just does not follow the command.

This is how I felt today, I braced myself and watched the episode, but I only watched his scenes and the small Gohem scene.

Ahem in pain was hard to watch, but things balanced out for me when I saw him look at Gopi when Nilesh''s grandmother praised them and her especially. My favorite part of the episode was the picture taking scene. He saw Gopi immediately reject the idea after glancing at him, his mind registered her silent support and immediately agreed to take the picture. This was his way of saying thank you for being there for me and I can do no less for you. This is also his way of reassuring her. When he moved his chair and placed his arm around her it was not just for show but because he feels Gopi belongs to him and he has not forgotten this. His mind may be somewhere else, but his heart is where it should be and this small gesture was symbolic of this.

Unfortunately this testing times are not yet over, things will get worse before they get better and we will all be on the edge of our seats to see how he handle the next crisis, one of the worst and most humiliating for him.

great analysis

i just want the lightining not to strike middle of his head, coz he wont look gud with no hair just on middle of head,

it shud strike just close to him, that should be enough, and not just 1 striek, i want as many close lightning strikes on him as clopuds can possibly muster😡

Great analysis Swasthi ⭐️, it is like you where speaking from Ahem's mind/heart today.
Bless koki mummy, she realised why her dikra kept resisting to attend the wedding and when she tried to help Ahem to get away, it was to no aveil! He continued to keep silent but that silence is slowly shattering Gopi's heart. And tomorrow that thread will break seeing Ahem in such a state.
With Nilesh's grandmother, you could see Ahem was pleased with her compliment for himself and Gopi but was finding it hard to give a full on smile like he wanted to. Them being compared once again as a 'Ram-Sita' jodi, he felt proud this time, however as soon as Anita was mentioned, as you said, his expression changed and left a sour taste in his mouth!
Thanks to the insistence of the photographer, Ahem sensed Gopi was denying the photo and without any hesitation, he moved his chair closer to Gopi and put his arm around her. This action of his just reassures us of his love for Gopi.
The storm will hit its high point tomorrow, nevertheless, it will clam bringing with it sunshine 😊

Swasthi that was a really spot on analysis. You conveyed Ahem's thoughts and, I suppose, helplessness perfectly. One can only think that if lightening is going to strike, how will he face the tornado that is Gopi's turmoil when it will all get too much for her.

My pleasure Xarina.
So true, these are very trying times for Ahem.
In the meantime we have to keep the faith.

Fabulous Analysis! 👏 His mind and heart are in two different places right now...I love ur title...Ahem and Love: Hanging by a Thread...it's symbolic of the fact that his relationship with Gopi is going to go through a trial period.

His mental status is like the waves of the sea which keeps roaring back...but there are no answers given. When he discovers those answers, waves will stop roaring...and the thunder and lightening faced would have stopped...only to give rise to a beautiful new beginning...

As they say...at the end of every storm there hopefully will be a rainbow...waiting to see that rainbow now.

"We can only appreciate the miracle of a sunrise if we have waited in the darkness."

Thanks so much for your complementary points raised Shilpa.
Very true, he will be guilt-ridden and utterly humiliated. It will be interesting to watch how he gets out of this one.
