did you try this
click i forget my password button. a site will be sent to your email. you can check there and change the password the person has fixed.

No a didn't give the mail password just the password a use to login IF

Then I think the person who has taken your account has changed the email that you had entered into your profile. I would raise this with the IF admin team.
