Cool post sheela.

Yes physical actions are not everything. However, a lot of people tend to focus on that only and forget everything else.

Relationships do need it yes. But they also need a whole host of other things. Love, friendship, respect, trust, communication... I could go on.

Successful relationships are those who manage to combine all these factors together realising that all the different parts make one whole.

True. The physical side is not the be all and end all of a relationship but it still plays an important part. For some people they put a lot of emphasis on this and then find the relationship failing. But as Shaun and Sandy put it there are a lot of other aspects in a relationship which take precedence. The ability to laugh with each other, to click mentally with each others thoughts and to stand by that person no matter what. You see that in Gopi and Ahem. She will take care of him, by making sure his clothes are ready for him, that he has eaten and puts his comfort above hers. He has shown that he is willing to stand by her, he "protected" her when the hot prasad was put in her hand and without a thought transferred it into his own and nowadays he knows that there is something amiss and is trying his best to make her smile.
(Sorry meant to put this up earlier but kept getting interuppted by teachers😡)

@bold. The hot prasad scene came up when Gopi and Ahem were trying to bring Rashi and Jigar together. They had gone to the Mandir and there Gopi was given some prasad. It was hot and she cried out in pain. Ahem, with out a second thought transferred the prasad into his hand=protector. How many husbands would have done this for their wives? If you have put your hands up, then you are very lucky and I envy you.😊
