God is one but has can have many manifestations...Thts why we have thousands of GOD...Its like some person wants to worship the powerful aspect of God..tht is represented as Godess durga...Shiva represents the destroyer aspect...Vishnu the nurturer...sarswati the learning...Its like when u hold water in different vessles it takes its shapes similarly when formless God is imagined in certain way by his bhakts(worshippers) he takes tht form.
Now when a person imagines his God in some way he needs some medium to worship him...Idols are representation of that.
We have pictures of our loved ones through which we remember them similarly idols are representation of God,
Now as for milk drinking and water spouting idols...they r just superstitions.
they have scientific explanations...in saathiya I guess there's a water leakage in the wall behind the krishna's status hence its dripping water...since it looks like water if coming from the idol so people will assume it as miracle.

Likely that's the explanation niharika 😆, the plumbing at Rajpal Nagar is broken behind that wall and when they put the idol up they hammered a nail too deep into the wall punctured the thin pipes or something like that...😆 I don't know exactly I'm just guessing.

😆 I'm with you, they just fill the serial with CM scenes where the story is not leading to anything significant.

let me explain.
there is certain lore in india.
in south india kanyakumari, there is a temple it has a tree. the tree has a hollow. inside it has small nature made lingas. the tree is believe to be the reincarnation of bharma vishnu and shiva.
very day early morning 5 am they perform pooja to the tree. liters of milk is poured inside that hollow. exactly 1 hr later, about 18 kms from the temple in the ocean you can see the milk flowing out.
same way a few yrs back there was this ganesha idol made of particular stone. a stone that obserbs water. so when it observed milk it was hiped.
people tried to do it at home. it is just to show the gullible nature of people.
this is india, people want to believe god walking in earth. god who will give them happiness. god who will solve their misery.
there are people who use this for their benefit and take money and cheat in the name of god.
this is the same in the case of urmi. other than that there is no meaning

Thanks for the story Shruthi. It really explains that they is always a good explanation for things happening.

significance of water dropping from kanai's feet means...

before the idol is adorned and decorated with clothes and jewellery.. we do the abhishekam with water and then using panchamruth (mixture of these milk, yoghurt, sugar, honey and ghee) the water which we used first and the panchamruth are later given to the devotees as theertham...to drink it

here water coming from kanaji's feet has more significance, in india, people are sentimental about god and anything to do with god...Water dripping from kanaji's idol is a miracle for someone in RN...they feel they are blessed to drink that water... this is how urmi's next plan is continued...

urmi will cash in on this water leaking from kanaji idol and put some ticket for sale to see the idol
and might plan to get money from the devotees and sell the water as holy water...
and might make kinjal give the aashirwad saying kinjal is kanaji's chamatkar...
it will be something on these lines...lotttery gone...now new thing for urmi... i am not sure how it is gonna be😛

hope i am right in describing the significance of water coming from kanaji's idol.. that is how i do at home😊

if i am wrong please let me know 😊

shaun that is how it will pan out,... urmi's ultimate aim is money... they both are inseparable,,,this is how urmi will be getting money initially ... going further... there will be media and newspaper involvement and then scientists come and then followed by the plumbers to fix the pipe...

and since it is kinjal's room. and kinjal saved the dhobi and water given by kinjal is sweet ...so kinjal will be made the maata or some chamatkar of kanaji for the initial days...
