Rashi definitely needed someone more proactive and not as laid back as Jigar!!

Just imagine she'd have been kept busy begetting her two kids, looking after them and accomodating her husband that she's have had no time to talk to her mother and think up kalakaries meaning she'd be busy and GoHem would be happy as would everyone else!!
