well I think so because kurmi was high on bhang and was shouting at the top of her voice and asking for her money...soo jigar or someone else will most probably hear it...

I don't think kurmi wants the bag back...she just wants to see if the money is safe or not...and tht's why she asks rashi to take her to her room...kurmi doesn't want the bag back because kinjal is after her to return back the money and she is in no mood of doing tht...soo she wants to keep it with rashi only...
