@Shaun ..nothing special...the kulfi is placed in small matka(earthen pots)..to keep it cool n get mud sort of flavour to it...remeber even when v cook something in earthen vessel the taste changes...i dont know whether u have had matka kulfi or not..bout m assuring u matka kulfi r damm yummy...

55 Minutes!

Don't think we get the proper kulfi in SA. tried a version once many years ago and was not very impressed.

And defo no matka kulfi! lol
