I know this has been posted before but this is the link which show Urmi stealing the Kangan and Rashi puts them back.

Urmi has taken Gopi shopping - if I am right I think Urmi puts the stolen bangles in Gopi's purse. But Rashi then puts them back without Urmi knowing. So this is why Urmi took Gopi shopping in the first place. I think the idea was if they were caught then Gopi would be blamed.

It's interesting the clothes they are wearing in this video, same clothes worn to Rashi's party, now we know the party was at night time, Aham and them came in the evening and they got ready etc, so they all went to the 5 star hotel (night time) but these three Gopi, Rashi and Urmila are in the same clothes from the party, possibly Aham told the jewellery store that they were mistaken the second pair of diamond bangles is for Gopi and not Kokila, so even though the jeweller said the bigger size for Kokila will be ready in 2 days, Gopi now was to go for new measurements.

Now why didn't one or two of the Modi's take Gopi to the jewellery store to do the measurements? Possibly Kokila was upset, Aham took his mum home and couldn't be in two places at once, Jigar stayed in the car as his avoiding Rashi and these three only went into the jewellery store, so we could have this scene in tomorrows episode most likely.

Could it possibly that Urmi has had an idea of how she can pay for the expensive party. She has seen that Gopi hasn't got any kangan so caused some sort of fuss, said that she will buy her some. Then she take Gopi to the store where she plans to steal the kangan by putting them in Gopi's purse. Maybe they go straight after the party.
