Fantastic analysis once again! Ever since I have read your thoughts saying that Ahem is really talking about the GoHem relationship when he talks to Gopi about Raji, I have started paying special attention to his every action, facial expression, the way he delivers his dialogue, and the more I look into it, the more I realize how spot on you have this whole situation! It was so apparent with his excuses why he didn't want Koki or even Rashi knowing what they were doing, because ultimately it was for their relationship! The excuses are totally applicable to his own situation for Gopi rather than Rashi's one with Jigar, and his talk about disappointing the family and Rashi is just a big cover up for his own vulnerability because for the first time he has no idea where he stands in this marriage! He knows Gopi has become his life now, or as close to it as possible, but he has no idea where she wants to go from here! Gone are the longing stares, the need for attention, she has stopped doing anything that might make her feelings obvious because he used to hate them, but now that he is desperate for even the slightest hint, she is completely clueless!
Today was the classic example when they were working on the kite! Ahem not only asked her to come over, under the pretense of bringing scissors, but also asked her to sit next to him and help him out, he wanted her there, he can't seem to get away from her! And when she took the initiative with the threading of the kite, she was completely focused on what she was doing while he couldn't keep his eyes off her, such a blatant role reversal is absolutely beautiful to watch!
And the best part was that he wanted her to help him fly the kite, wanted her to hold the manja, even though she asked him to wait for Koki. She remembered what happened last year, and how she became the reason for his loss and doesn't want to repeat that, but Ahem immediately dismisses that and asks her to come along! This was a really powerful scene because for the first time we saw Ahem's reaction to his previous wrong doing of Gopi, he looked uncomfortable, as if he didn't want to remember what happened. And this gives me hope that the CVs haven't forgotten all of Ahem's misdeeds towards Gopi, and slowly but surely we will see a redemption track from him! Also him wanting to create new memories to replace the less than memorable old ones, really a genius move!
We know that Ahem will end up losing, so tomorrow will be the first real test to see how far their relationship has come! How he reacts to the loss and his mom yelling at Gopi will determine where he really stands with respect to his feelings for her!

Great analysis!! Specially the RED Portion...absolutely wonderful...I saw that part a couple of times but could'nt understand...U made it a BREEZE...LOVELY LOVELY post...!!

Also the way he initiates to erase the "OLD PAINFUL" memories of last years "kiteflying" incident was very touching...He has no words to say how SORRY he felt so wants to work on it WITH HER...

BEAUTIFUL EPISODE...so many hiddeen emotions...BUT FELT BAD FOR KOKILA AS WELL😭

Thank you ...the best scene of the yday's episode is where he did not allow her to stay back thinking on the past...he now so wants her to be just beside him !!!
