I loved the episode too. This ranks among one of the best Saathiya ME ever. (I also love the one Rashi was kicked put)..
Only hope is that the CVs redeem Kokila's character by showing why she is doing what she is doing.. She really was a little childish today by cornering Ahem at every turn.. And I think that is because she is seeing him slip in his work ethic day by day.. (Something she seems to have drilled into him right from his childhood.. ) But poor Ahem, he jumps like a scardy cat every time she comes when he is with Gopi.. 😆

It took Gopi a year to get to the stage of talking to her husband without stuttering and him actually listening to her but Rashi wants everything to happen so quick!! Rashi doesn't even seem to think that this is Gopi I'm talking to - the girl who's relationship I did my best to ruin!!!

Oh Gopi - CVs love highlighting how deprived her life has been, doesn't even know what popcorn is!! And how ideal a Modi vau is she!! Thrifty to the core! She'll make the popcorn at home and take it with her!! Although this idea is promptly discarded by Rashi who is more bothered about Gopi getting permission - and telling her that she has to do this for her!! Excuse me Rashi! You got yourself into this mess!!

As soon as she's left to her own devices though she rings her mum who is busy staring at her lottery tickets.

Ahem walks into the room as Gopi is sat staring into space. Ahem asks Gopi if she's seen his file. (Is it just me because I love seeing these little interactions between the two!!!)

So downstairs he says that they were thinking that everyone could go to the cinema this evening! Baa looks happy at this!! Kokila starts her little diatribe - the woman really has something against spur of the moment plans, I love the woman dearly but she obviously needs an itinerary set out for her to show her minute by minute plans of all the Modi's!! I'm beginning to think even Ahem's conception was meticulously planned!! 🤣🤣🤣 *It probably was, I can't imagine Kokila ever having been a loving wife, considering the way she treats her husband now...like crap! They probably only went at it once, figuring out the optimum time everything...found out she was pregnant, done deal until Kinjal's time. -_-

Now her excuse is that Gopi is still not well enough and puts Gopi on the spot!! Cunning!! She looks at Ahem for help but against Koki who can help!! Gopi says she is fine and has no worries - Koki is not h appy!! 👏 Loved Gopi here! Although Gopi does try and placate her by saying she'll do whatever Koki wants!

Koki tries to do a guilt trip by saying who am I to stop you!! Gopi and Ahem are a little upset at this! Baa comes to the rescue here, and Hetal backs them up too!! Koki is still adamant and says she doesn't want to go (A part of me here is saying good! Stay at home then and stew!! - Sorry Kristin!!) 👍🏼

Baa asserts her rights as the MIL and tells her that she has to come too! Poor Hetal's the only one that barely ever seems to assert her rights as a MIL or the oldest DIL of the house. And tells Ahem to get the tickets. GoHem smile at each other, Jigar comes with his file and is told that they'd be getting the tickets on the way to the meeting!! Jigar questions which film, which obviously Ahem doesn't know as it's a last minute plan so he fobs off Jigar by saying he'll tell him in the car!! They'll pick the famalam up when they come back from the meeting! GoHem look at each other and give me a warm tingly feeling!!

I'm going to bypass the lottery!! I couldn't care less!!

Koki walks into the bedroom where Parag is sat on the bed and lemanting the fact he can't come to watch the film. Kokila is wondering what has happened to Ahem!! Well... at a guess I'm going to say you got him married and he fell in love! But Parag says that Ahem has always been stubborn it was her who used to tell him to put up and shut up!! Love Parag here!! he spoke up although you could see the fear after!! Kokila is proud of her upbringing!! But is now bothered about Goi spending too much time with Rashi - did she forget that she just sent Rashi to the mandir with Gopi? Or that she lets Rashi spend time with Gopi?

Oh Parag although I love that you're sticking up for Ahem you are so leaving yourself open for a scolding from Koki - and she doesn't disappoint!!

This entire scene! I was fuming at Kokila...I'll finish this rant at the end.

Baa is more eager than anyone else - and she wants to borrow lipstick because nani told her Koki had good colours!! This nani and baa spen too much time on the phone!!

Gopi tells Ahem that she's thirsty and he says he'll get her some water, he gets up and her pallu is caught in his sleeve. While untangling themselves Koki turns up and saya Ahem? He asks her what's wrong, to which she replies that he had called her. He says he didn't. Koki tells him to swap seats with her, to which he replies no (he's still tangled!!) He tells her to relax in her own seat as he's fine where he is and it wouldn't be right for them to sit here without a guy. Koki just stares at them!!!

Gopi is telling Ahem that his plan for RaJi seems to be working, Ahem is repsondng until they notice their stalker seems to have followed them!!!

Lovely post Nazma! I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Hope you don't mind that I chopped off parts of it in my response, but the I just LOVED the way you phrased the parts I left/bolded.


I think that's the sole reason (the Kokila control slipping away), and it's completely aggravating me right now. I used to LOVE Kokila, not that I hate her now 😆 but still, she seemed to be so sensible before. Now, she doesn't seem to like the fact that her son and her daughter in law are actually communicating, eventually headed to a relationship where she fears her son will never listen to her again. It's flipping annoying honestly. When no one else in the house seems to have an issue with it, she always has to butt in. Ugh. Was so freaking mad as I watched her in the entire episode. Can't she leave a couple some time for themselves? Does she not want any grandkids in the future? [hm I like that idea...OS time😆]

But anywho, I loved how Gopi responded to her when Kokila said she wasn't fit enough to go to the movies...shocked the living daylights out of her!😆 Anywho, my rant on the whole Parag-Kokila scene. Honestly, the way he talked to him in today's episode just made me want to go and hug him, his expressions whenever she just shot those death glares at him :( And I hated the way she took all the credit for Aham's upbringing. Yes, she may have been the one to force him to study and molded him into the person he was today, but it seems she never gave Parag a chance to do any parenting himself...so of course he wouldn't be able to take any credit! That part really annoyed me about her, Maybe I'm overthinking this, maybe there's an entire Parag-Kokila story I don't know about (considering I stopped watching the show for months) but the way she treated him today was simply unfair, completely disrespectful and rude in my opinion. Parag seemed so understanding, and Kokila just lashed out at him for everything he said. I don't get it, does the woman not want her kids to enjoy themselves? Does she want them all to grow up into grouches like her? 😡

And in the movie theater. OHMYGOD WOMAN! Just enjoy the damn movie! Why do you have to turn around every 5 seconds? JKHFlkjshd. And just throwing orders out at everyone. Ugh.

Wow. I'm sorry I took you analysis post to vent my frustrations at Kokila from today's episode. But honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your post. Completely agree with you about the Urmila parts..I skipped over them completely as I was watching online. It's not funny, just a nuisance to watch. And Rashi, she'll never learn. She'll always continue taking advantage of her sister unless someone gives her a serious jhatka...God only knows how though.

Welcome back ,loved ur analysis ,my did I love ur new learnt phase 'get ur head outta ur ass' so fitting for rashie . The maha epi was mindblowing with gohem , always sed if the made a good team when they had issues how explosive will they be once they get closer , and it was proven in yesterdays maha epi they are magic. I was worried when I saw him wearing the brown suit in the promo ,and thank god it didn't make an appearance. How gorgeous is this man , now u gonna laugh cos I picked up somethoing u missed , ahem has cute butt , I swear when he dropped the wallet and walked away I screamed 'gopi look at that ' the girl is truly meant to be his wife she focuses only on keeping his money safe , and not protecting his assets. U could see how he coat fitted on his bum as he turned to climb the stairs , hmmm yummy. Lol ,anyway I am disappointed in kokis behaviour , she is acting like a typical mil I thought she was passed all this , I just pray there's a damn good reason for this. In a way I felt sorry for koki when hetal moved seats to sit next to chirag I could help buyt think koki must have started of life as a bride full of dreams and expectations of her married life only to have it all come crashing down and harden her heart when she realized she couldn't afford to dream cos she already had a dreamer , yet again her disappointment had shaped her life , remember her feeling of being treated differently from her siblings so koki always had to make the best of what little life dished out to her , therefore Ahem became her hope for never being cheated of the best in life. Sorry abt my tirade abt koki but feel irritated wud her but the woman in can't help but sympathize with her.anyway I loved baa she was brilliant . Rashie has always takin credit for others ideas when gopi sed ahem thought raji must sit in the corner she sed I was thinking the same.but she never seems to think this girl is helping when I did everything to destroy her life.
