I think maybe jigars trip has been cancelled. Probably the reason why Gopi was pleased and wanted to inform rashi immediately.

Gopi is thinking that Rashi is loving and caring so much for jigar and that time the window opens .She must have seen a positive thing outside the window and so was pleased.we have to wait for tomorrow episode to know exactly what she saw outside the window
