What was it about her that was fluttering his heart and warming him with love? Was it that she remembered their wedding anniversary? Was it that she recollected the word 'anniversary' when her told her about it for his parent's wedding anniversary? Was it that she wore his favourite colour sari for arti?
He realised that he had forgotten their wedding anniversary as his face wore the same look on the day when he prepared to go home early to teach her and Jigar reminded him that her exam was over. He willingly was prepared to postpone his meeting. He was pleased to hear the family were preparing to hold a dinner party for them.
During arti he was unable to contain himself at all. From the time she was doing arti, to her taking the tray to give arti to the family members present, to her being congratulated by Jigar, to them taking blessings from their elders, he was smiling at her. This smile that he had was not only seen visible on his face but his whole self.
Just what was it that had put him in this trance-like state?
It was simply watching her smile and he was completely taken into it. She was in every way HIS wife - enchanting, loving, caring and warm.
This is the start of their wedding anniversary day. He is so into her and is really, really close to breaking his silence.
Will it be this day that will change his life for the better?
