When I watched the episode the first time, it was with excitement and expectation of great Gohem moment, but felt deflated when he backed off, and didn't even say anything to her about her singing.

But you are right about him feeling the outsider, he has yet to know that for Gopi he is the most important thing in the world, after her kanaji.
He was a perfect husband, showing gentleness and concern, and yes he feels Gopi and Rashi's relationship is stronger than his and Gopi's. Once he gets to know the real Rashi and how Gopi has been treated by her I am sure he will stand beside her support her and help her thru the hurt that Gopi has been dealt by from the sister she also loves very much. He will then make Gopi's and his relationship stronger than Gopi's all other relations.

Next week will be very telling for both couples.

Here is our drink to a good week and no tears for Gopi. Cheers!!!

Well after a gr8 week...the last day of the week...since it did not capture the eye lock & hand holding scenes...initially it was very depressing...but latter when you look at it, you understand that may be another dimension is being added to Gopi & Ahem's love story... so many times when a relationship just starts either partner does not know how to handle the other relationships his or her partner brings into the marriage...over the period of time you learn to understand , adjust & live with those relationships...

For Gopi the relationship has begun long back & hence she has adjusted to her in-laws, bro-in law & sis-in law...But for Ahem the relationship has just begun hence he has no clue on how to handle it...he is still learning about Gopi...Since we do not know the turn of events which will happen...I understand this conversion will play a key role mayb in helping Ahem understand about Gopi !!! He may then learn to spend time to listen 2 her !!!

Though he was distant after hearing Rashi's name, he was taken back by her worried look...in any of the earlier episodes, I do not think he ever spoke so kindly to her...giving her pillow...He asked her multiple times...After asking her to sort out the issue in a slightly harsh voice...looking at her face...he mellows down...I think mayb this is called taking care of people whom u love...The only shortcoming of the scene was he switching off the light without waiting for Gopi 2 settle down...May be it is his job everyday to switch off the lights ...hence he was in a hurry 😉 Do Not Forget that our Ahem is a Jealous Husband...

great analysis...absolutely loved it...i just didn't like the fact he brushed her off w/o caring to find out what the matter was...maybe gopi had something important to say or wanted his advice but def loved his concern for her
