KOki's daughter

Sometimes I wonder, is Kinjal really koki's daughter. Koki is loud and very dominating but she is very righteous person, she believes in doing right things, she is hard working(not KAmchor like Raashi)

If kokila did things that were right she would not ruin an innocent girl's life by marrying her to her son knowing that she would not be given the status of a wife and then ruining another girls life by emotionally blackmailing her son to leave his girlfriend and marry someone else that he does not like because the great koki wanted to control her son and DIL. They way she treats hetal and her hubby how is that right. And the way she punishes gopi like keeping her hungry and locking her and how she used to keep her away from ahem because she did not want them to get close. How is any of this right? I think kinjal is wayy better than kokila. At least she is knowingly not ruining anybody's life. Koki is the roots of all problems.

i m not contradicting you. just pointing out certain facts. kokila is a caricature of indian mothers. mostly all mothers in india are like that. they want a DIL whom they can control. while they want their daughters to enjoy freedom and control their husbands and in laws, they will not allow it. i have personally seen many incidents were mothers dont allow their son and DIL to day in a room or consumate their marriage for fear of lossing their son. kokila has that fear. once she understood gopi she as stood by her. when kinjal shouted gopi to be theif, it was kokila who said gopi never tells lies. we cannot expect a mother in law to be like a mother.
koki did not like anita because she was westernized and most importantly she drove a car and let to an accident which nearly killed aham. so she put her foot down and blackmailed him to marry a girl of her choice.

you both are not getting the charecter of kokila

I think Kokila has changed a lot from the beginning of the serial. She is no longer as "bad" as she used to be.

being strict does'nt mean that you want to dominate but there are some rules of a house which are needed to be followed

and kokila is just doing the same ..zyaada dheel dene se(like hetal) people may take advantage of it and kokila does'nt want that

she has given equality both to kinjal and gopi

she punishes both the same way so she is impartial which is a good thing.

there is nothing wrong in saying your opinion. i feel that the problem is not with kokila, but with the CVs.
in the begining the character of kokila was created to be harsh (just read the character sketch in starplus website). but slowly they changed it into positive because of the response she received. so the root of the problem lies in the confusion of the CVs rather than kokila.

I agree that Koki is like typical MIL is all respects, but here we are talking about Kinjal she is a LIAR,CHEATER which Koki has never been nor Aham has been like that, where did she go wrong with her???//??/

kinjal is a girl child in a family deprived of it. so she was pampered and spoilt to the hilt.
maybe above kokila's upbringing she was spoiled by baa and hetal and chirag.
so these type of girls are selfish and will do anything to grab the attention of others. they dont realize the consequence all they want is their personal happiness. kinjal is like that. more than upbringing, she charcter is like that.

At the end of the day, Kinjal lives in her own house and really Kokila just has to accept that fact!!!

I think they are quite alike in many ways in that they are quite determined to prove themselves and they are not afraid to stand up for themselves however Kokila tends to do what's best for the family whereas Kinjal is slightly more selfish in what she does
