As long as Rashi has Urmila in her ear filling her head with nonsense and giving her false hope I don't think Rashi will realise how lucky she is with her MIL and husband.

At the beginning of the show Rashi and Urmila were talking (before Koki went to see Rashi) and Rashi was saying that no MIL can love her DIL like a daughter and no DIL can love her MIL like a mother. She believes that which is why she doesn't truly respect Hetal. Also Urmila is always giving false hope to Rashi which Rashi believes.

Rashi can only reform when she realises that her mother rather than having her best interests at heart is only interested in what she can gain, and that Urmila is proving to be the reason for her downfall.

At the moment if anyone says anything to Rashi she's just going to believe that she's been proven right and that the only person there for her is her mother. I don't think she will have any kind of self realisation of her own wrongs and shortcomings - she'll just pass the buck on to other people - probably blaming Sonal or Gopi (she does love to blame Gopi!)
