Not true, recently she opened her mouth when she was being shouted at for watching TV, when Kinjal's advert came on she told that Rashi told her she can learn from watching educational channels, poetry, spelling, maths etc...so she is talking these days, and when she talks people believe her as she's honest.

Like Nafisa says Gopi is finally opening her mouth to defend herself albeit only slightly.

I also think Gopi is quiet today because she is feeling like she has failed not only herself but also Ahem. I think the depth of sadness is stopping her from being able to say anything as yet, hopefully when she calms down (and Ahem also calms himself) she will be able to stand up for herself and explain what had happened on the day.

Ahem has recently shown that he believes what Gopi says - he doesn't question anything he is told by her so hopefully will listen and believe - also doesn't hurt that he dislikes Rashi and will probably believe that Rashi would stoop so low.
