I do have a job in hand, but it's a temp job for 3 months, pays good. Negatives is that it's not permanent and it's in London, I live in Ilford, Essex.
Ideally the current job is 15 minute walk from home that's the positive. Also if the previous Finance Manager perpetrated the tax fraud she is unlikely to report it it's just an empty threat right? Also if she goes to Employment tribunal she's likely to loose the case as I had to do a lot of backlog work and firm of accountants have written a letter to the directors to inform them of her incompetencies.
Negatives, I don't want to be embroiled in the investigation with HMRC if she does it as an anonymous tip off.
Colleagues have got really attached to her and all feel like leaving the firm anyway as they think the executive director is a bit of a terror and the workload is too much.
