She knows her brother n mom are not going to agree so why do it, i think even urmilla is going to go against her has she needs her to stay at cm .

I some how doubt Urmilla will object to Dhawal working for the Modi's cause it mean more money she may plan it so she gets the cake and eats it, in other words gets a chunk of Dhawal's money and emotionally blackmails him to stay (just like when she didn't let him return to Mumbai)

I think Dhawal might refuse though cause of self respect.

Since Dhaval has a lot of self-respect, Urmila could use this to kinda seperate Dhaval and Kinjal a little

Right now Dhaval follows Kinjal around like a lost puppy and agrees with everything she says.

But Urmi could use this issue of Dhaval getting a job at the Modi's to seperate the 2
