Hi Nafisa, guess she's been busy for the last 3 months with work but up to that point shes been here & she does come on /off. Promotion I think is based on the work & contributions of a person work,for me she did just that hugely contributited

Being absent from forum and being not contactable does affect performance in "the work" and promotion takes this into account.

Hi by the way, I'm really angry that other forum members have gone ahead and putting pressure on election committee of IF for Sadhli.

@Nafi ..from the last 2-3 months Sadhli has been busy at work...n she had informed us about it..she has been available when needed...Sadhli is a good leader ...she is welcoming n makes the forum a friendly place for everyone...Yuks could have her positive points...but when I was reading ur message above...I realised I do not even know anything at about Yuks ...n as u know I am in the forum when time permits...😉😆.

Not really a silent member I stopped watching the show and then started watching it again from March but I did post a bit but I have read what you said and maybe that is why she wasn't promoted who knows
