Hi all. I've been following the show but this is my first post in thus forum.

I think ahem definitely has a brain and a heart, but his heart remains frozen after his reluctant split from Anita. At times I think he feels something for Gopi which shocks him and then he wents his disgust of himself towards her. I think gopi will need to leave the house before their love story will ever start.

I just want to say I agree he is mean to her, but I hope one day he loves her just as intensely and passionately as he hates her, even though none of the things were of her doing, he has been saying from the beginning he will never love her, and his ego is getting in the way of his clear thinking, it won't let him see that he has been wrong about her.
He has been kind to her in the past, but reverts back to hating her because he refuses to admit to himself that he is starting to care for her.

This is not at all true of Hinduism!!!!

And technically a divorce is lawful separation not just verbal...each have its own value

No problem honey - actually, in Hinduism there is no such thing like divorce...
Divorce is the legal way..
