Chapter 3 -

Ahem was in the office, he couldn't pay attention to the work he was suppose to do. A deadline was coming, for which he had signed a contract as he made a hospital named under Gopi name. He thought: why Gopi name.

Is it am in love with her, no no can't be. He memorized that day when she wore a golden green silky sari and made pay attention to her instead of the decorations for the wedding.

He went home and was going to ask for a solution from his mother for what to do with her. He can't send her away to that horrendous mami of hers. She disgusting he thought. How can she treat her as a naukar, what a nautanki she is. That day when rashi did her finger prints for that ghee oil thing from the pooja she came downstairs in her opened hair and started to smirk etcetc.

He went straight to his mothers room. There was sitting his father aswell. He locked the door and spoke: dad, mom can I speak to you?

Ahem told them everything what was in his heart and what he thought, he was feeling bechain and tanhayee.

He finished his deadline for the office and took a week off from office so he can have some peace and quiet so he can spend some time with his family. He had to as he felt left out. He went to jigar: look take a few days of from office even I have, at least we have some time for the family however we have completed the work for the next couple of weeks so no need to go office. We have some banter and laughter like childhood.

Jigar was pleased to see a change in him and immediately accepted.
Gopi came in the room and saw him holding his head and offered him to put oil but he refused and spoke : you put it on.

Gopi put oil on his hair and the pain gradually went away.
Aehem : gopi sit down, no need to be afraid.

Gopi was shocked to see him speaking politely to her and told him everything, from mami treating her like dirt, refusing her to let her do education, rashi treating her as a naukarani, the day sonal jigar marriage cancelled coz of her, the day what kinjal did, and with umang, the navrathri days, dandiya and more.

Chapter 4

it was 4am in the morning and the sun was nearly gonna set. Aham wake up in the morning and look at her, but not wake her because she looks really beautiful and peaceful. He was feeling happy from the inside but he still had to tell her he love her but how. He had to get his dad to help him surely.

He gets ready and goes to the washroom. Gopi wakes up and sees the time. : oh no, am late, now nani will scold me. She quickly does the bed, takes her sari out and sees ahem looking at her. She looks down and goes to the washroom, looking ashamed as she slept in his arms last night. While she got changed, she thinks back at last night of what happened between her and aehem. She was happy.

She goes downstairs and sees everyone eating food. Koki: arre gopi come. You woke up late today, ahem told us, you slept, perfectly yesterday after a long time, as you usually be awake the whole night.

Gopi: sorry, it won't happen again.

While the men leaves for office, Koki, Kinjal, Nani,Baa and Hetal decides to go for shopping and left the DIL in the house.(DIL shortened for daughter in law)

After the woman's and the men's left the background music starts. Everything frozen in office at home and everywhere else.

Gopi is thinking of that day when aehem told her to sleep on bed as a normal couple, how he promised her he will treat her a human being, how he danced with her on dandiya.Rashi Is jumping on the bed as she finds out she is in love with Jigar while on the other hand jigar is in the thinking mode of what romantic scene should I do.

Jigar and Aehem comes home. Jigar sees rashi and she comes running to him and hugs hi while on the other hand aehem is in his bedroom waiting for gopi to come.Gopi brings him water and they both looking in eye to eye.

Back to the reality. The woman's come home and sees everything is the way as it was, ahem jigar sitting in the main hall, rashi gopi in the kitchen. They enter and sits down. Gopi gives them water and leaves.

chapter 5

Gohem relationship in front of the family was fake, and they pretended it just the sake of Koki. They had to as nani was suspicious about it.

In the room, as usual aehem was taunting her fr misplacing his office work. This time she made a promise to herself she will be strong and will not cry.She hoped there would be someone better than aehem who will support her and make him jealous. She wanted him to come back to the real world. She didn't care if she never had a degree but she wanted to understand English. She had to , as she wanted to know the outside world. She was going to reveal everything to nani and leave the house. Tell aehem to dive her divorce, as she cannot keep up with him.

Finally she spoke: ek minute, i had enough, i want divorce, now means right now. I cant keep up with you, go back to that Anita, whom you consider your life and let me live my life and i marry a guy whom i deserve.

Ahem was shocked and without thinking , he made a phone call and ordered divorce papers. She could sign her name that's all she could do.
Downstairs, nani and koki goes to the terrace and koki puts oil on her hair. They were talking. Suddenly this surprises Gopi, and knew this was the right time to speak out.

Downstairs a courier comes under Aehem modi name but Chirag opens it and sees Divorce papers. He calls everyone down in a fit of rage. He was so angry and had to sort out this young man who had gone insane. Everyone comes down. Koki, Gopi, Nani, Rashi, Mani, Hetal, jigar and aehem. They all looked at him. Chirag goes towards Aehem and slaps him.

Chirag: yeh kya hai. Divorce papers. Tum paagal to nahi ho gaya.

Gopi spoke: Kaka ji, these divorce papers, i have ordered them, under his name. Why slap him, when we both are not happy with his marriage.

Chirag: kya, do u even know what your saying.

Gopi: yes, when we both don't even consider each other a husband wife why should we bond a false relationship infront of nani, why? she has to know the truth. We are not a couple. I have already took all my vows back and now this is left. Signing the paper. Aehem can go back to his love Anita, and let me leave, i want to live, somewhere away from here, Let me choose a man, who will support me, guide me through my life not someone life aehemjee who always taunt me for little trival matters, for which i have nothing to do with, also he cannot even notice my innocence, so whats the point. My signatures are already on them, and aehem jee has to sign. Don't stop us today.

Mami was outside listening to all this and came to pick Gopi up. Mami had changed so much and was going to change Gopi life now.

Aehem signs the papers and gives it to the lawyer.

Nani stops the lawyer and tells him to wait. Gopi brings her bag down and takes her magulstra of.

Nani: koyli what is this, you kept me in the dark, do u even have a shame on you, you have ruined not 2 but 3 lives, Aehem, Gopi and that Anita. How can you do that. How can you separate 2 lovers. Is it because you wanted someone who you can control. I know you, you will do this.

Koki was left all shocked and regretted what she had done.

Gopi: Nani, whatever happened in this house was all happened unknowingly, no one knew aehem loved Anita except from me before marriage. Kinjal had sent me a letter saying, ahem loves anita dont marry her, but my destiny is like this that, my own cousin rashi read the paper wrong and told me something else which compelled me to marry him. Don't let me live in this false relationship. The divorce is done now let me go.

Gopi takes everyone's blessings goes to ehem and gives him the bangles his ancestors bangles, gives him the mangulstra, and the keys of his modi bhavan house which was under his name.

She leaves with Mami and stops at the door. She looks behind and leaves. She goes to the apartment which her mami had bought for both of them. They organized the apartment and Gopi sits down.

She breaks down and says: why mami, why does that happen to me?

Mami: i knew this man is mad, he will do anything to gain what he wants, sorry i made you marry him even i told rashi not to but she told me to be quiet. Now i will find you a better guy, richer than him and who will support you.
