wow this must be the longest post on aham just yet. good going guys. everyone made great points on why aham is a first class nincompoop. other than his looks his personality is so distasteful, unattractive, shocking and at times repulsive. same way gopi is everything a modern day woman should not be either. they both represent worst species of man and woman. that is what makes this love story, sorry this is no love story, that is what makes this blank i don't know what to call them possibly interesting. we want to see how two people who are so basically flawed as human beings themselves come together to find support, hopefully reform their own respective characters, become better human beings drawn from the source of what is supposed to be a meaningful bond. their bond supposedly should give them a purpose to want to change. it is another form of true love if we want to be better and stronger for the one we cherish. right know aham and gopi are not planets away but galaxies and alternate universes away from ever having such a relationship. the more flawed two people are, the more interesting their journey in life becomes for us to see and that is what makes this non existent couple interesting.
as for as aham character goes, blame koki, parag, ba, chirag, hetal, jigar, and kingal, basically anyone who has been around him his whole life, never bothered to check his attitude, fed his ego and arrogance. you know they say a child learns humanity from his mother, and gets strength of character from his father. in aham life that basic logic was all screwed up. koki didn't teach him any humanity, and parag didn't teach him what it means to be strong and fight your battles like a man. how can parag teach him that when he himself runs like a frightened rabbit every time he faces his wife. chirag and hetal are to blame as well, as uncle and aunts they never correct him when he is out of line especially in regards to how he treats their own son. jigar most importantly for not giving it right back to aham for as good as he got, he is his brother, not servant or slave. so what if jigar is not as talented in business as aham, they are brothers, where is the love, friendship, trust and respect. NOTHING. jigar just lets aham walk all over him, and anytime you don't stand up to abuse, the abuser thinks it is ok to act like that. BA as the eldest member of family has let koki run wild, where was she and what has she been doing all these years. she seems so soft spoken and so kind hearted, how can tolerate koki treated her eldest DIL as a bug to be squashed. BA didn't instill any sanskars in that grandson of hers, she didn't sit and talk with him as a kid, saw him work like a machine turn into a robot and never thought this could spell trouble in the future. kingal she is useless and brainless a character with no integrity. anita i have to say lastly what exactly did she see in aham to love him, he is got looks and money, was that it, i mean it is shocking what exactly does aham have to offer anyone other than a big bank balance.
