first........I was lost in the middle of all the blue font...........Second, mistake is a error in thinking. A mistake can take u to jail. We are not belittling her wrong doings by calling it a "mistake". Nevertheless, we all hate Rashi, but she has not done anything that could have hurt someone except the "cooker kand", which wasn't her idea, it was her mother. She probably didn't even know what a empty cooker can do.
