Can you help with a technical issue? I am unable to update any changes to my profile. Apart from submit there is no option to update and then apart from the original information it all gets reset to blank. Thanks in advance.

Click edit option near profile and type the changes you want..like changing password,email and if you want other than basic changes, you can click on the contact details,preferences, tabs shown on above the profile page ...i have updated recently something some 4days back..
If the problem still persists you will have to notice it to vijay as technical isssues are handled by him...

hey this happened to me aswell, at the beginning. just update one info after another, wait for a short period of time! then it happens...hope it helps!

i found when Rucha's B'day is n her is on February 8th 1988 dnt knw whn Vishal's is...

yes, that had happened to me...i just made a signatre then submitted it. log off then log back on and see if its still there! try several times, just wait...it will happen! that's what had happened to me...hope i helped!! or if it is a technical issuse, tell vijay to fix it!
