A person cant change so fast like he did so it was kind of hinted that Kshitij was the one who leaked these quotations. Why would Mr. Banerjee who was a loyal worker for multiple year deceive Brijesh and his company after all these years?

I hope Kalika helps Kshitij realize he's wrong afterall she is a very successful lawyer.

yes it was too obvious KTJ had framed banerjee. as he changed his mood from all sad to jubiliant so fast. He acted as if he was happy to loose contract.
